Skills of employee:

-Leader ship to manage a small team by independently working with this team.
-Language: Slovak, English, German (optional).
-Willingness to work 3 shifts and to do on call service.

Education:
-Technical engineering school.
-Person with enough experience from former jobs> 7 years.

Repair & maintenance team leader #2

Skills of employee:
-General good technical understanding.
-Experience with electric and electronic components like Simatic, industrial pc, controller and -recorder equipment.
-Experience with heavy machine and robotic.
-Experience with hydraulic components.
-Know how in repair and maintenance tools like TPM, CMMS, RBM, …
-Leader ship to manage a small team by independently working with this team.
-Language: Slovak, English, German (optional).
-Willingness to work 3 shifts and to da on-call service.

Education:
-Technical engineering school.
-Person with enough experience from former jobs> 7 years.

Design Department

Department: total 4 employees
-1 team leader + 2 – 3 designer

Function of department:
-Check all 2D drawing and 3D model which are submitted by customer for new projects and forward
all necessary information to Process & Material Dep. to work out QAF.
-Design all forging stages for new part projects by 3D model and 2D drawing.
-Evaluate all design proposals by forging simulation
-Check with die & tool manufacturing (internal external) all design aspects to produce die & tooling’s,
including 3D scanning of used die to evaluate die life time

Skills of employee:
-General good technical understanding – in best case: experience in forging industry with aluminum
material.
-Work with 3D design software – preferred: SolidWorks 1 Catia V, Siemens NX, Creo or Visi.
-Employees need experience in 3D modeling by min 2 – 3 years. Best case: experience in work for die
and tool design for forging or casting industry.
-General understanding of FEM simulation, in best case experience in software: Simufact, Deform,
Forge, or Qform.
-Know how in tooling manufacturing and machining.
-Language: Slovak, English, German (optional).

Special skills of team leader:
-Leader ship to manage small team
-More experience in 3D design: 3 – 5 years
-Well known in customer contact

Education:
-Technical engineering school
-University
-Person with enough experience from former jobs> 5 years

In house die & tooling manufacturing team leader

Skills of employee:

-General good technical understanding
-Experience in 3 and 5 axis machining
-Experience with CNC programming and basic skill in CAD
-Material know how according tool working steels
-Experience in welding
-Leader ship to manage a small team by independently working with this team
-Language: Slovak, English, German (optional)
-Willingness to work 3 shifts and to do on call service

Education:
-Technical engineering school
-Person with enough experience from former jobs> 7 years

Process & Material Department

Department: total 3 employees
– 1 team leader + 1-2 employees

Function of department:
– Work out process plan for new parts and maintain QAF on technical level for customer request of
quotation.
– Evaluate process in production and find solution for process improvement.
– Responsibility for all internal and external (customers) claims by collaboration with QM and QS .
– Fix all parameter for all process steps in production.

Skills of Employee:
– General good technical understanding especially experience in forging industry with aluminum
material.
– Experience with aluminum and aluminum alloys for min. 2-3 years.
– Experience in forging process- in best case with aluminum forging for serial production.
– Experience with all kind of usual metal material destructive and non-destructive testing’s.
Language: English, optional : Slovak , German.

Special Skills of Team Leader: This person with take over management function for Technology Department.
– Leadership to manage mid sized team- experience in management >3 years.
– More experience in above mentioned skills: 3-5 years
– Well known in customer contact.

– Technical Engineering School
– University- preferred for team leader
– Person with enough experience from former jobs> 10 years.
